No worries! Just send us a message with your order number and the correct delivery address to [email protected]. As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can easily update the address for you.
If your order is already being processed, you can redirect it to a parcel shop or pack station through the DHL tracking system.
In case your order can’t be delivered due to the incorrect address and gets returned to us, we’ll gladly send it to you again. However, in this case, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs once more. Simply contact our support team at [email protected] for reshipping.
