If you haven’t received your package, even though the tracking shows it as delivered, please first check the tracking details. It’s possible your package was left with a neighbor or at a designated drop-off point. We will send you a sworn statement form regarding the non-receipt of the package. Once we receive the signed form from you, we’ll resend your lost package.
