If your order has already been shipped, you will need to refuse the delivery. This can also be done online via the DHL app. Once you provide us with proof that you've refused the delivery, we can proceed with canceling your order.

If you paid by bank transfer, please provide us with your IBAN so we can refund the amount to your account.

If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card.
