Please note that returns are only possible for unopened products. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of your cancellation by email at [email protected], including your order number. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Important: We can only issue a refund for unopened and original packaging. If you return opened items, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll proceed with the refund.
